Originally from the area, I live in Shell Cove with my husband, Matt Hutchinson, and our two children. In 2008, my mother, Maria Field, and I co-founded our business, with the help of our husbands. Together, we've built a successful boutique agency grounded in strong values and hard work.

While I’m known for my calm and composed demeanour, I’m also driven by setting goals and delivering results. I work diligently across all areas of the business, bringing energy, a sharp business mindset, and a deep understanding of the industry. With over 20 years of experience, I’m proud to be someone who continues to evolve and stay current in a dynamic industry.
