Rachel grew up locally and now resides in Shell Cove with her husband Matt Hutchinson and their two children. Rachel and her mother Maria Field opened the business in 2008 and together, with the support of their husbands have created a successful boutique agency.

Rachel is calm and well presented, but don’t let that fool you. Rachel sets goals for herself and works hard to meet them. Rachel is the underlying force in all the business departments, she is energetic and has a great business and investment sense. Rachel has worked in the industry for over twenty years, it is rare to find someone who is prospered in the industry and yet is still vibrant and current.
